Salary Range: $ 2061.60- $ 2134.80

Center Supervisor/Lead Teacher

Pay rate:

BA - $2,084.80 biweekly

AA - $2,078.40 biweekly

On waiver $2,061.60 biweekly

Center Supervisor/ Lead Teacher

We are looking to hire a dedicated and experienced Center Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Head Start centers and ensure that local, state, and federal childcare requirements are met. The responsibilities of the Supervisor include communicating with parents, the community, and supervision and monitoring of all Head Start staff working at the assigned center(s). Applicant will be collaborating with a team of teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure that our students receive the best education we can provide. As a minimum requirement, applicant must have an associate or baccalaureate degree in child development or early childhood education, or equivalent coursework. Applicant may also be enrolled in an associate or baccalaureate degree program in early childhood education, or related field and must be able to obtain the degree within a reasonable timeframe after the initial date of hire. two years of experience working with young children and families and the ability to meet the state requirement(s) for “site director”. 

 

Schedule: Full-Time,Monday-Friday (40 hours per week, 44 weeks per year)
